3. compare both countries‘ investment plans with regard to NextGenerationEU.

Task 2: ECB Karlsruhe ruling

Read the two opinion articles on spring German Constitutional Court ruling on ECB actions and:

1. summarize the ECB actions that are put in question by the court’s ruling,
2. discuss the court’s ruling impact on the EU Law and the two Institutions that are affected the most,
3. give examples of ECB actions proposed to face the COVID recession and discuss how the ruling can affect them.
